These terms govern your use of vantagedecks.com and your relationship with Vantage Decks LLC ("Vantage Decks," "we," "us") for deck design, construction, and maintenance services in Central Ohio.
Prices shown on this site, by text, or by phone are ranges and estimates, not a binding offer. The binding agreement is the written proposal you sign, which states a fixed price, scope, exclusions, and payment schedule.
Any framing, footing, or span information we provide before permit is advisory. Final member sizes are confirmed on the stamped plan with the local building authority at permit.
You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. That three-day period does not begin until we have given you the completed written notice of cancellation described by Ohio law, delivered with your signed proposal. Your cancellation rights under Ohio Revised Code sections 1345.21 to 1345.23 are not limited by anything in these terms.
You own your property; we own the photographs our team takes of it. We will not use photographs of your project in our marketing unless you opt in on your signed proposal, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us. Photographs you send us remain yours, and by sending them you allow us to use them to plan and perform your project.
Payment terms, deposit amounts, and accepted methods are set out in your signed proposal.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury, for damage to your property caused by our work, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law, including your rights under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act.
These terms, and any dispute arising from our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in full effect.
We update the effective date above when these terms change.
