Information we collect

• Contact information you give us: name, phone number, email address, and property address, when you request an estimate, book a visit, or otherwise reach out.
• Text and email messages you send and receive from us, including consent records for SMS (see our text and email consent page).
• Photos of your property and project we take on the job. You own your property; we own these photographs, and will not use them in our marketing unless you opt in on your signed proposal, a permission you may withdraw at any time. Photographs you send us remain yours, and by sending them you allow us to use them to plan and perform your project.
• Payment information, if we ever collect it online, is handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Site usage data through self-hosted, cookieless analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To provide estimates, schedule work, and communicate about your project.
• To send job updates, review requests, and, for Keep plan members, seasonal service reminders.
• To meet permit, inspection, and insurance-claim documentation requirements tied to your job.
• To improve our services and this site.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us operate: SMS and voice (Telnyx), transactional email (Resend), file storage (Cloudflare R2), e-signature (DocuSeal), payment processing (Stripe), and server hosting (Hetzner).
• Government authorities, where required for permits, inspections, or legal process.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging

We send text messages about your project, estimate delivery, scheduling, and job updates, using Telnyx as our messaging provider, only after you consent. Message frequency varies with your project, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our text and email consent page for the exact consent language shown on our forms.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of future texts. Contact us at [email protected] or 614 818 5788 to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or request deletion, except where we need to keep records for permit or warranty purposes. We will respond within 10 business days.

How long we keep things

We keep project records, proposals, permits, invoices, and job photos, for as long as we may need them for warranty, permit, or insurance purposes. Messages you send us, including email to [email protected], are stored in our business records so we can look up the history of your project. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from these records too, except where we are required to keep it.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We update the effective date above when this policy changes.
